I absolutely LOVE Walpole! The customer service is always top tier. Every time I come in I’m greeted & even while waiting the employees walk by & speak. Clean & comfortable environment! They always do a great job with my vehicle & the prices are reasonable. My family & I have been using them for years & definitely plan to continue.
We had a flat about a mile and a half away from Walpole Tire & and looked for the closest tire repair shop…luckily we also found the best. We were traveling from Texas to Ohio and on a bit of a time crunch. Matt greeted us immediately and even with a full showroom, he took our truck in right away. What we thought was a valve stem issue turned out to be a blow out waiting to happen. Matt showed us the tire and gave us options for replacement. He wasn’t pushy at all. We had a flat tire at 3:41pm and by 4:48pm we had two new front tires at a fair price. In less than 40 mins in a very busy tire shop, we were in our way. While seated in the very comfortable waiting are, one of the employees came out and told an elderly lady that she was all set…not sure what her tire issue was but she was surprised and very appreciative that whatever they did for her was at no cost. Thankful that our flat happened where it did and that Walpole Tire saved the day!
With me being a new college student, I was apprehensive about doing the “big girl” tasks without my dad. I have had the worst day academically, and when I went to Walpole I was treated like family. I just needed a simple patch for my tire, but they made sure that I knew that they weren’t there to take my money but to offer me the best solution for my college budget. Edward Gilmore did his service and refused pay. This is the type of good samaritan deed that we never see anymore in this flawed world. I am very grateful and appreciative of this service, and I will always recommend Walpole Tire and Service to everyone I come in contact with.
We’re on a trip from Florida to Colorado and broke down in this down. 8 hours away from home. 13 hours from our destination, it’s 12am on a Saturday and we towed our car to here. When the shop opened at 7am they said they would do their best to fit us in and help us out due to us being stranded. And they did! Amazing shop! Great people. I cannot thank y’all enough.
I called and asked if they could balance my tires. They said it’d be about 45 minutes, and it was! Smooth drive back home. Happy customer.
Our Avalon was making an obnoxious noise anytime we drove faster than 35 mph—and our mechanic couldn’t find the issue. After 5,000 miserable miles, we brought it to Walpole. Dennis drove it, checked everything carefully, and found excessive wear on the insides of the rear tires. Two new tires and our Avalon is whisper quiet again! Kudos to Dennis and the whole Walpole team—always knowledgeable, thorough, and oozing integrity.

I've had a couple different things done at this shop and they never disappointment. Ive had tires and oil changes , but that's only some of what they can do! Wonderful people to do business with and i will not be going anywhere else. Thank you Walpole and until next time!
